    RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY FOR KARACHI

    • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of receipt for  an exchange.
    • Step 1 , Call us 02137444696 or Whatsapp 03242400085 to arrange an exchange 
    • Step 2, Place another order on our website , on the cart page in the "add a note to your order" section write "exchange and your previous order number"
    • Step 3, We will call you to confirm your order after deducting the amount of products you are exchanging .
    • Step 4 , Your new order will be delivered to you and you can give the exchange items back to Delivery Person

     *The amount of items you are giving back will be written on the parcel , also Delivery Person will know that it is an exchange delivery order.

    Shipping

    • Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.1,485.
    • We charge Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs.1,485.
    • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
    • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
    • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
    • Delivery time is between 2 to 4 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
    • On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These order will not be shipped via a courier. They will be sent via Daewoo or a similar service and would have to be picked up by the customer.
